Another NSK Holiday Caper Part 1

Digging out some older art that I only uploaded to my FurAffinity page that I plan to share elsewhere, mainly because sharing pictures on my FA account doesn't appear on that website as well. X3  Consider this an early "Throwback Thursday" and "Christmas in July" thing.

Originally posted December 2010.  Same time in 2009 the Neo SWAT Kats art-PG enlisted a challenge: draw your character(s) catching a bad guy and wrap him up pretty for the Enforcers. Since it was December I decided to totally redraw the original comic and submit it to FA. ... It's still an improvement from the previous year. X3
