:chuckle: I took advantage of my brand new Paintshot Pro Photo XI (which I got on sale for $40 
). The whole background is made up of items in the "Picture Tube Tool." The grass, the bushes, the skyscrapers, and the stars. 
I probably missed a few spots, but oh well. Can't see my signiature or date either... I'll work around that another time. In the meantime, the picture. The character is Aleksa from the NSK 'verse, and she's singing outside in the park (apparently) for maybe her show Circus della Luna. Reference taking from a How To Draw Manga book. Ain't she pretty?
